Cancellation
All bookings are final. Once an appointment is scheduled, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled for any reason.
Identification
Bring two valid government-issued IDs, one of which must include a photo. Electronic IDs and photocopies are not accepted.
Documentation
Please bring copies of the necessary documentation to your appointment. Hard copies of documentation must also be provided at your appointment alongside digitally provided documentation.
